Many of my creations are one of a kind (sometimes labeled OOAK). Sometimes I create multiples of items, but there is always some variation; designs cannot be exactly reproduced due to their handmade nature and natural variations in materials. A few items are classics that are frequently available.
A note about color: Every effort is made to provide accurate photography of each item. Please remember that computer monitors differ with respect to color. Please contact me if you have any questions.
GEMSTONES AND PEARLS
I primarily use natural gemstones that, to the best of my knowledge, are not dyed. Some gemstones have been permanently heat treated to enhance the color. Other natural gemstones will fade in direct sunlight. I also use natural and (occasionally) dyed pearls. Dyed and heat treated materials are labeled. Please see the care instructions section.
GLASS
I use Effetre glass from Italy and CiM glass from China for most of my glass beads.
METALS and METAL SENSITIVITY
I use PMC and Metal Clay Adventures brands of metal clay. I also use sterling silver, fine silver, copper, brass, bronze, surgical steel, and recycled metals. I very rarely use plated materials. Some people are sensitive to particular metals. They may develop a rash or skin discoloration when wearing some metals. Please read the description of any wearable art carefully to see what metals it might contain. Surgical steel and fine silver are usually the least reactive metals; if you have a sensitivity, these two metals are a good choice. If you have any questions about metal sensitivity or if you would like more information about what metals might work for you, please contact me.

I know how hard it is to wait, so I'll process your order within 3 business days of receiving your payment (more quickly if I can manage it). I'll pack your item carefully and ship it off with love via USPS Priority Mail. (This includes insurance and delivery confirmation.) And then I'll send you a quick email to let you know when to expect your package (yay!). Most packages ship in 2-3 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Packages shipped to destinations outside the United States will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail. Shipping may take up to 21 days, depending on location. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs or duty charges that may apply.
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
I do my very best to make durable, wearable art. If your item breaks as a result of normal wear and tear within 1 year of purchase, I will repair it free of charge. If it has been more than 1 year since purchase, please contact me for an estimate of cost to repair. If you lose an earring, I may be able to make a replacement. The cost of the replacement is dependent of the materials used. Please contact me for more information about repairs.
I want you to be so very happy. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact me for instructions. You must receive authorization from me before returning any item. If you are not pleased with the look, fit, or function of your purchase, you may exchange it for an item of equal value or request a refund. Please contact me within 15 business days of delivery for authorization. You will ship it back to me (properly packed) and I will refund your purchase price within 2 business days of the return delivery (minus the original shipping charges, if any). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the item was lost in shipping, please contact me within 2 business days. Delivery confirmation will allow me to verify any delivery failure and complete an insurance claim. If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact me within 2 business days. Keep the item and all shipping materials as these may be needed to complete the insurance claim.
